Returns and Refunds
We are committed to providing you with the best in quality and value; if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to collect the product and fully refund your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to collect the product and fully refund your purchase. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.
Request a return authorization number by emailing phoenixfitness87@gmail.com with the detailed reason for the return and photos or videos of the product supporting the reason. After approval, you will receive the RA number and the address of the nearest warehouse to which you should send the product for return. To ensure the refund, please use a trackable postal service; we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Once the package is received, the products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. A refund receipt will be sent by email to the email address used at the time of purchase.
Delays or Missing Refunds
It's important to know that refunds are issued as soon as the refund request is approved, which means the money leaves our account immediately. If you have not yet received the refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially sent. Next, contact your bank. There are often processing times before the refund is posted. Some credit card companies have taken up to 30 days to show the refund back on the card. How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our support team at phoenixfitness87@gmail.com

Can you provide me with a shipping number?
All shipping numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the shipping information becomes available.
I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens, email us as soon as possible—we might be able to fix it. However, we cannot promise anything as all our items are usually processed right after the order is placed and shipped the same day or shortly after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to stop it.
We are not responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders according to the details you provided.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel the order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If the order is canceled BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, a 15% penalty will be charged to cover restocking fees and refund fees charged by credit card companies.
Invalid Reasons:
The buyer no longer wants the items—this is the most common example we cannot accept if we want to continue offering great value at PhoenixFit. The buyer must be sure they want to buy the items before submitting the order, not after. After submitting an order, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
